有些支持，不是等你開口才出現，而是早就悄悄待在你身邊。

新北市政府人事處為市府同仁設計的 EAP 員工協助方案宣導品，靈感來自新北市動物保護防疫處媒合認養成功的真實故事。那些曾經流浪、等待被看見的毛孩，如今以溫暖的水彩姿態重新現身，成為這套宣導品的主角。

設計以手感水彩技法描繪，刻意保留筆觸的溫度與手感質地，讓畫面呈現出有別於制式公文的柔軟氣質。每隻狗狗身上各自對應一種諮詢服務，涵蓋法律、心理、健康與職場面向，讓觀者在會心一笑之間，自然理解方案的全貌。

這件宣導品本身也藏著一個小心思：捲起來是頸枕，攤開則成為一條毛毯。兩種形態對應著不同時刻的需要——需要專注時有所依靠，需要放鬆時有所包覆。就像 EAP 所提供的支持，不是固定的形式，而是隨著你的狀態，給你剛剛好的陪伴。

不一定要等到很累，才可以開口。

Some forms of support don’t wait to be asked for — they simply show up, quiet and steady, right beside you.

The EAP promotional merchandise designed for New Taipei City Government (NTPC) staff draws its spirit from real adoption success stories coordinated by the New Taipei City Animal Protection and Disease Control Division. The animals who once wandered and waited to be seen now return in warm watercolor form, taking center stage as the faces of this campaign.

Each illustration is rendered in a loose, expressive watercolor style — preserving the warmth and organic texture of the hand — a deliberate departure from the polished formality of institutional communication. Every dog embodies a specific type of support: legal consultation, psychological counseling, health guidance, workplace assistance. The connection is immediate, intuitive, and quietly disarming.

The object itself carries a thoughtful duality: rolled up, it becomes a neck pillow; unfolded, a full blanket. Two forms, two moments — one for focus, one for rest. Like EAP itself, it doesn’t prescribe a single way to be supported. It simply meets you where you are.

You don’t have to wait until you’re exhausted to reach out.
