主視覺以「交織」為核心意象，象徵台德兩國於公民社會領域中，持續展開的理性對話與多層次合作。線條的脈動如同雙向思辯往返的軌跡，交疊出紡織般的結構韻律，深刻呼應臺灣以細膩工藝與柔韌精神，與國際共同編織未來的姿態。畫面構成以嚴謹秩序建立專業性，並保留有機流動感，藉此呼應論壇作為長期交流平台的開放與包容。整體設計聚焦於「連結、共鳴與深化理解」，體現雙邊公民社會以平等、務實的方式推動對話，開啟跨國交流的新篇章。

The key visual centers on the motif of “Interweaving,” translating the dynamic process of rational discourse and multi-layered collaboration between Taiwan and Germany into a tangible visual language. The design transforms abstract “dialogue” into pulsating, overlapping lines, creating a textile-like structural rhythm. This serves as a metaphor for Taiwan’s meticulous craftsmanship and diplomatic resilience as it weaves a shared future with the global community.

In terms of compositional logic, the identity establishes professional authority through rigorous geometric order, while incorporating organic fluidity to reflect the forum’s role as an open and inclusive platform for sustained exchange. The strategic focus on “Connection, Resonance, and Mutual Understanding” employs an equal and pragmatic visual tone, embodying the vision of bilateral civil societies advancing global dialogue.
